DECLARATION OF PREFERENCE DIVIDEND: NUMBER 10

Notice is hereby given that a dividend of 318 cents per convertible perpetual cumulative preference share ("preference share") has been declared and is payable to holders of preference shares recorded in the preference share register of the Company at the close of business on the record date, Friday 29 May, 2009. The last day to trade in order to receive the preference dividend is Friday, 22 May 2009.

The salient dates for the preference dividend are as follows:

Last day to trade cum dividend Friday, 22 May

Shares trade ex dividend Monday, 25 May

Record date for preference dividend Friday, 29 May

Payment of preference dividend Monday, 1 June

No preference share certificates may be dematerialised or rematerialised and no conversion of preference shares into ordinary shares will be permitted during the period Monday, 25 May 2009 to Friday, 29 May 2009, both dates inclusive.
