Block listing application
The Company announces that an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange plc for the admission to trading on AIM of a block listing of 196,296 ordinary shares of 23 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
These Ordinary Shares are being reserved under a block listing to be issued as a result of the exercise of share options pursuant to the Company's SAYE Share Scheme.
It is expected that admission of these Ordinary Shares will become effective on 17 July 2014. These Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares in issue.
