Update regarding Issue of Equity

Following the announcement of 9 January 2023, the Company announces a revised admission date for the shares issued pursuant to the Conditional Subscription and to Forum Energy Services Ltd to be admitted to trading of AIM of 20 January 2023.

For the purposes of the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules ("DTRs"), following Admission of the new Ordinary Shares, the total number of Ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company in issue will be 3,430,876,075 with voting rights. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company's share capital pursuant to the Company's Articles. A further disclosure will be made for the Second Tranche Shares after the General Meeting of the Company.
