Director Shareholding
Animalcare (AIM: ANCR), the supplier of pharmaceutical and other premium products and services to the veterinary industry, announces that on 2 April 2013, Stephen Wildridge, Director of Strategy and Business Development, transferred 88,500 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 20p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to his wife, Mrs Margaret Wildridge.
The Company also announces that on 4 April 2013, Mr and Mrs Wildridge have each sold 11,500 Ordinary Shares at a price of 130 pence per Ordinary Share as part of their own personal tax planning.
Following the above transactions Mr Wildridge (including connected persons) now has a beneficial interest in 177,068 Ordinary Shares representing 0.85% of the issued share capital of the Company.
