Advanced Medical Solutions Group plc (the "Company") received notification on 16 February 2009 from Mr. J. D. Slater that, following recent share purchases, Mr Slater has a personal interest in 5,500,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the company, representing 3.84% of the company's issued share capital.

Mr Slater and family now have a combined interest in 10,005,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the company, representing 6.98% of the company's issued share capital.
