Winsford, UK: Advanced Medical Solutions Group plc (AIM: AMS), the surgical and advanced wound care specialist company, announces that it was notified on 11 May 2020 that Stephen Bellamy, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, transferred the legal ownership of his shares in AMS from HSBC Global Custody Nominee (UK) Limited to Vestra Nominees Limited. The number of shares held by Stephen Bellamy and the beneficial ownership of the shares remains unchanged at 100,000 shares in the Company, representing 0.05% of the Company's issued share capital.
