The Company is pleased to announce that in accordance with AIM Rules 20 and 26, the Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2012 were posted to shareholders today and are available on the Investor Relations section of the Company's website http://www.admedsol.com/Investor_Relations.
The notice of meeting convening the Annual General Meeting of the Company, which will be held on 22 May 2013 at 11 a.m. at the offices of Investec Bank plc, 2 Gresham Street, London, EC2V 7QP, was also posted to shareholders today and is available on the Company's website.
