London and New York, 29 August 2012- Amphion Innovations plc (LSE: AMP) ("Amphion" or the "Company"), the developer of medical and technology businesses, announces that the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York issued its ruling concerning the construction of certain claim terms in the 402 and 502 patents. DataTern is reviewing the ruling in these complex cases, conferring with counsel and considering all of its strategic options.
