Anemoi announces that it has received notice that on 26 April 2021 Duncan Soukup, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, sold 325,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of £0.06 per Ordinary Share. This brings Mr Soukup's total holding in the Company to 6,900,142 Ordinary Shares representing 19.2% of the issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company
