Results of Meeting
Please note that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the company was held on Tuesday 28/8/2019
The following summary of the decisions issued:
-The company's annual financial statements for the fiscal year 2018/2019 and its supplementary clarifications had been approved.
Approving the annual report of the board of directors and approving the invitation of the Ordinary General Assembly to approve the financial results.
-The report of the Audit Committee 30/6/2019 was approved.
The board of directors has approved to suggest 0.25 EGP/ share as a cash dividend for the FY ended on June 30, 2019 to the Ordinary General Assembly of the company in accordance with the legal dates and in coordination with Misr for central Clearing, Depository and registry Company.
-The Board of Directors was informed by the decision of the Petroleum minister to assign Dr/Hany ahmed marawan as a member of the Board of Directors representing Misr Petroleum Company and the Cooperative Petroleum Co.
As well as discussing general topics related to the ordinary business in AMOC.
Audit Committee Results of Meeting
Examination of the financial statements of the company for the period ended June 30, 2019 to ensure its legal compliance with the companies' law No. 159 for the year 1981, its executive regulations, and the Capital Market Law No. 95 for the year 1992 and it's implementing regulations and disclosure requirements of the Egyptian Stock Exchange.
Important Business issues that had been done:
The total investment of about 2,920 billion EGP and the total equity of about 2,859 billion EGP and a net profit of about 450 Million EGP and net sales of 14,664 billion EGP and the cost of sales of 13,969 billion EGP, and the gross profit of 750,021 million EGP.
As it has been confirmed that the financial statements are made in accordance with the Egyptian Accounting Standards
The Committee also recommend the Board of Directors' report and Financial Statements to be presented to the Board for approval.
