Appointment of Non-Executive Directors

Aston Martin Lagonda Global Holdings plc (the "Company" or "Aston Martin") announces the appointment of Jean Tomlin OBE as an Independent Non-Executive Director and member of the Nomination Committee. Jean is the founder and CEO of Chanzo Limited, a firm that provides consulting, operational delivery and international recruitment services to major event and sport sectors. Jean's previous roles include Director of Human Resources of the London Organising Committee of the Olympic and Paralympic Games, Group HR Director at Marks & Spencer plc and nine years at Ford Motor Company in various human resources management positions.

Jean currently serves as a Non-Executive Director of Capri Holdings Plc, a luxury fashion group where she chairs the Remuneration Committee. She was previously a Non-Executive Director of J Sainsbury Plc from 2013 to 2020.

The Company further announces the appointment of Cyrus Jilla as a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director. Cyrus is Group Managing Partner at B-FLEXION and represents Ernesto Bertarelli, a member of the Yew Tree Consortium which holds a total of 26.23% of the Company.

Jean Tomlin and Cyrus Jilla were appointed to the Board on 27 October 2023 with immediate effect.

The Company confirms that there is no further information to be disclosed pursuant to paragraph 9.6.13R of the Listing Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority with regard to both appointments.
