Appointment of new Company Secretary
The Board of Aston Martin Lagonda Global Holdings plc (the Company) is pleased to announce the appointment of Liz Miles as the new Company Secretary with immediate effect.
Liz is a solicitor and Fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute. Prior to joining the Company, Liz was Company Secretary and Head of Governance at Land Securities Group PLC.
