Ambrian plc (the "Company"), confirms that it has posted its Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2014 to shareholders together with the Notice of the 2015 Annual General Meeting and the associated form of proxy. The Annual Report & Accounts and the Notice will be available shortly on the Company's website and can be downloaded from www.ambrian.com.
The Annual General Meeting will be held at the Company's offices on the 6th Floor at 62-64 Cornhill, London EC3V 3NH on Tuesday, 7 July 2015 at 11.00 a.m.
