Second Interim Dividend

Ambrian Capital plc (AIM: AMBR) today announces that its board of directors have voted to declare a second interim dividend of 0.75p per share on its ordinary 10p shares. The dividend is payable on 30 March 2010 to shareholders on the register at 5 March 2010.
