Ambrian Capital plc received notification on 16 December 2010 from the Rule Family Trust that, following the sale of 2,647,607 Ordinary Shares on 16 December 2010, the Rule Family Trust now has an interest in 12,389,601 Ordinary Shares representing 11.59% of the total voting rights of the Company.
