Amara Mining plc, the AIM-listed West African focused gold mining company, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2014 were posted to those shareholders who still elect to receive a paper version, together with a notice of Annual General Meeting, yesterday afternoon.

The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at the offices of K&L Gates in The Wren Room, One New Change, London EC4M 9AF on Wednesday 03 June 2015 at 11:00.
