Promo Marketing Reseller Agreement

Altitude (AIM: ALT), a leading provider of technology and enterprise information management solutions to the print and promotional products sector, is pleased to announce that its USA based Trade Only™ division has appointed Promo Marketing Media Group ("Promo Marketing"), a division of North American Publishing Company, as a reseller of its website, Enterprise Resource Planning ("ERP") and CRM solutions for the North American Market.

Under the terms of the agreement, Promo Marketing will become a reseller for all of the Trade Only software as a service ("SaaS") solutions within the promotional products industry. This agreement will increase market access and should create additional recurring revenue for Trade Only through exposure to the substantial readership of Promo Marketing publications such as Promo Marketing and Print+Promo (formerly Print Professional).
