Proposed Dividend Date
Alpha Group International plc (AIM: ALPH), announces that it has moved its dividend payment date from 12 May 2023 to the 19 May 2023. This change is to allow the resolution to pay a dividend (resolution 11) to be formally passed at the Company's AGM on the 17 May 2023, which was previously anticipated to be earlier, before payment is made.
