Manpower Software PLC19 September 2007 MANPOWER SOFTWARE PLC ("the Company") NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR INTEREST IN SHARES The Company has received notification that, on 14 September 2007, GartmoreInvestment Limited acquired 225,000 ordinary shares of 5p ("Ordinary Shares") inthe Company. As a result: Gartmore Fund Managers Limited now holds 3,514,524 Ordinary Shares, representing7.89% of the Company's issued share capital; Gartmore Investment Limited holds 4,102,508 Ordinary Shares, representing 9.21%of the Company's issued share capital. The combined Gartmore holding is therefore 7,617,032 Ordinary Shares,representing 17.10% of the Company's issued share capital.
