Loan Conversion

Alkemy Capital Investments Plc ("Alkemy" or the "Company") (LSE: ALK) (JV2:FRA) has received a loan conversion notice from the debt facility provider, as set out in the RNS dated 31 July 2025, pursuant to which £491,926.94 of principal and £8,073.06 of interest is being converted at £3.48, resulting in the issue of 143,587 ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").

The Company will accordingly issue 143,587 new Ordinary Shares in the Company (the "New Ordinary Shares").

Admission

Application will be made for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on the Equity Shares (transition) category of the Official List and the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange at 8.00 a.m. on 6 March 2026 ("Admission").

Total Voting Rights

The Company hereby notifies the market, in accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, that on Admission, the Company's enlarged share capital will consist of 10,876,625 Ordinary Shares. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
