Director's Share Dealing
The Company has been notified that on 24 October 2013 Dr Cameron Davies, Non-Executive Director, sold 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 40.0 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction Dr Davies now has a beneficial interest in 2,895,932 Ordinary Shares in Alkane, representing 2.34% of the issued ordinary share capital.
