Total Voting Rights

In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R, Alfa Financial Software Holdings PLC ("Alfa" or the "Company"), a leading developer of mission-critical software for the asset finance industry, hereby notifies the market of the following:

As at the close of business on 30 June 2023, the Company's issued ordinary share capital consists of 300,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each, of which it holds 4,775,119 shares in Treasury. The shares held in Treasury have no voting rights.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company as at 30 June 2023 is 295,224,881. Each share entitles the holder to one vote. 

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
