Bionex Investments PLC14 June 2006 14 June 2006 Bionex Investments plc Issue of equity As reported in its interim results released on 12 June 2006, Bionex Investmentsplc ("the Company") announces that it has issued and allotted 20 million newOrdinary Shares of 1p each, pursuant to a placing at a price of 2 pence pershare. The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Sharesof 1p each in the Company and trading of these shares on AIM is expected tocommence on 19 June 2006.
