Air Partner PLC02 February 2006 Air Partner PLC ("Air Partner" or "the Group") Pre-Close Trading Update for the Six months ended 31 January 2006 Air Partner is the world's leading air charter broker, providing aircraft charter to industry, commerce and Governments worldwide. Prior to entering a close period ahead of its interim results, Air Partner ispleased to announce that underlying trading for the six months ended 31 January2006 has been in line with market expectations and the Board's commentsregarding the normalisation of current trading levels, announced with thepreliminary results in October 2005. As previously stated, the six months to 31st January 2005 was an exceptionalperiod, buoyed by a number of one off, non-repeating contracts. Accordingly,the current six months trading has been slower than the comparative 2005 period. However, the underlying business continues to perform in line with the Group'snormalised trading expectations. While business visibility in the charter industry remains difficult, it ispleasing to report that forward bookings for the second half of the financialyear, are currently slightly ahead of the same time last year.
