Dividend Payment 2010
The Board of Air Partner announced on 16 March 2010 that it would not be paying an interim dividend at the half year stage, but would review the dividend at the year end, once working capital requirements had been met.
Post year end, the Board is pleased to declare a dividend of 15 pence per ordinary share. The dividend will be paid on 17 December 2010 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 12 November 2010. The shares will be marked ex-dividend on 10 November 2010.
This dividend will be paid as an interim dividend, in substitution for a final dividend for the year ended 31 July 2010, as Group distributable reserves at 31 July 2010 were still held in Air Partner subsidiary companies.
In future, the Board intends to revert to the more usual pattern of interim and final payments, seeking to follow a progressive policy of increasing dividends.
The Group's full year results will be released on 12 October 2010.
