Air Partner plc ("the Company") announces that Sally Chandler has been appointed as Company Secretary with immediate effect.
Sally is a qualified Chartered Secretary with over 20 years' experience as a company secretary gained in a variety of businesses. She will take responsibility for all company secretarial matters within the Company.
