AIREAΒ announces that Carolyn Tobin, non executive director, will step down from the board and leave the Group on Wednesday 31 December 2008 on the expiry of her current fixed term of appointment.

Carolyn joined the board over ten years ago and has played a key role assisting the Group through a challenging period.

Plans to recruit a replacement non executive director are well advanced and the Group anticipate being able to make a further announcement about this early in 2009.
