AIREA plc (AIM: AIEA), the UK design-led specialist flooring company, supplying both the UK and international markets, announces that on 13 April 2023, Mederic Payne, Chief Executive Officer, purchased in aggregate 78,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 36.89 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following these transactions, Mederic Payne's total interest in the Company is 78,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.19 per cent. of the Company's total issued share capital.
