Appointment of Director and Company Secretary

Following the Company's announcement on 26 June 2018 of Roger Salt's intention to step down from the Board after a suitable hand over period, the Company confirms that Roger stepped down from the Board on 24 July 2018. As announced previously on 2 July 2018, Paul Stevenson has assumed the role of Finance Director and Company Secretary and was appointed to the Board on the same day.

Neil Rylance CEO made the following comment; "I cannot let this moment pass by without expressing my sincere thanks and appreciation for the help & support Roger has given to me and indeed all us during his time at Airea plc. Roger has played a major part in the strategic repositioning of the company."
