Action Hotels, the leading owner, developer and asset manager of branded three and four-star hotels in the Middle East and Australia announces that is has been notified that Sheikha Alya Saleh Farid Mohamed Alawlaqi, wife of Non Executive Chairman Sheikh Mubarak A. M. Al-Sabah, purchased 1,300 Action Hotels ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") on 9 March 2017 at a price of 48.5p per Ordinary Share.Following the transaction Sheikha Alya Saleh Farid Mohamed Alawlaqi is interested in 101,300 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.07 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
