Action Hotels, the leading owner, developer and asset manager of branded three and four-star hotels in the Middle East and Australia announces that is has been notified that Sheikha Dr. Souad Al-Sabah, in capacity as a closely associated person to Non Executive Chairman Sheikh Mubarak A. M. Al-Sabah has completed a dealing in Action Hotels ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares").
Sheikha Dr. Souad Al-Sabah purchased 858,911 Ordinary Shares on 15 July at a price of 52.5p per Ordinary Share.
