Major Shareholdings/Holding by Director

Allergy Therapeutics plc (AIM: AGY), the fully integrated specialty pharmaceutical company specializing in allergy vaccines announces today that 137,491,788 of its ordinary shares were transferred on 28 September 2010 by Azure Ventures Limited to Yissum Holdings Limited a company controlled by members of the Weinstein family, including Mr Alejandro Weinstein Jr, a non-executive director of the Company. Notification of the transfer was received by the Company on 4 October 2010. There has been no change in the aggregate beneficial holding of shares in the Company by the Weinstein family.

The Karjiang Pharma Trust, of which the Weinstein family, including Mr Alejandro Weinstein Jr., are beneficiaries, continues to hold 3,076,499 shares in the Company, through Azure Ventures Limited. As a result of the transfer the percentage of voting rights controlled by the Karjiang Pharma Trust has fallen from 45.23 per cent. to below 3 per cent.

Yissum Holdings Limited, a company which is controlled by the Weinstein family, including Mr Alejandro Weinstein Jr., now holds 137,491,788 shares in the Company, representing 44.24 per cent. of the Company's total voting rights.
