In conformity with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules DTR 5.6.1 we hereby notify that the company's issued share capital consists of:

Issued shares and voting rights573,813,120 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ('shares') 

The above figure of 573,813,120 shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, shares of Assura Group Limited under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules. No shares are held in treasury.
