Notice is hereby given that the next Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company will be held at Trafalgar Court, Les Banques, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 3QL on 21 July 2014 at 11.30 a.m. The Notice of AGM together with the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2013 have been posted to shareholders.
