FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE19th December 2007 Aga Foodservice Group plc Completes disposal of Aga Foodservice Equipment ("AFE")

The Board of Aga Foodservice Group is pleased to today announce the completion of the disposal of AFE to Ali S.p.A. for ‚£260 million and to confirm that the funds have been received.

Shareholder approval for the disposal was granted at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company on 15th November 2007. Full details of the transaction were set out in the circular to shareholders dated 29th October 2007.

Aga will provide an update on the return of capital to shareholders to be made following the sale and on trading in a pre-close statement on Monday, 14th January 2008.
