EUR1,500,000,000 Floating Rate Notes due 2021;

EUR500,000,000 0.000 per cent. Notes due 2021; and

EUR500,000,000 0.000 per cent. Notes due 2023,

in each case guaranteed by GlaxoSmithKline plc issued under the £20,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme (the "Notes")
