Issue of Equity
The Company announces that it has issued 190,000 ordinary shares of 0.2 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at 50 pence per share to Mirabaud Securities LPP ("Mirabaud"), pursuant to its Financial Advisor agreement (the "Consideration Shares"). The Consideration Shares are being issued as consideration for services provided by Mirabaud.
Application has been made for the 190,000 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission") and it is expected that Admission will occur on or around 17 December 2015. Following Admission, there will be a total of 25,410,210 Ordinary Shares in issue. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, ADVFN PLC under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
