AFC Energy (AIM: AFC), a leading provider of hydrogen power generation technologies, confirms that Elaine Sullivan, the spouse of Gary Bullard, Non-Executive Chairman, purchased 94,343 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of ÂŁ0.06 today.
