AFC Energy (AIM: AFC), a leading provider of hydrogen power generation technologies, confirms that Elaine Sullivan, the spouse of Gary Bullard, Non-Executive Chairman, purchased 94,343 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £0.06 today.
Following these transactions, Mr. Bullard is now interested in 4,000,000 Ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company, representing 0.47% of the Company's issued share capital.
