AFC Energy (AIM:AFC), the industrial fuel cell power company, has received notice that David Harvey, Chief Technology Officer, and his wife have purchased 25,643 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") today at a price of 44.96 pence per share.
Following this transaction Mr. Harvey has interests in 25,643 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.35% of the Company's issued share capital.
