Advanced Fluid Connections PLC06 January 2006 Advanced Fluid Connections plc ("the Company") 6 January 2006 DIRECTORATE CHANGE The Board of Advanced Fluid Connections plc announces the following managementchanges which take place with immediate effect. Recognising the demands of his executive duties, Angus Monro will step down asChairman but remain on the Board as Senior Independent Director. Colin Cooke(Chairman of Fenner plc) becomes Executive Chairman for the foreseeable futureand has been acting in this capacity on a part time basis for the last twomonths. Reporting to Colin Cooke will be two Managing Directors (who do not yet join themain Board) responsible for the Plumbing and Industrial Divisions. Ralf Anthony Evans (Tony Evans)aged 51 will be joining the board as a nonexecutive director from February 2006. Tony Evans was previously a director ofthe following companies: Lex Multipart Ltd., Eastern Sugar B.V., Tofan Grp.International, CPL Communications and Carrington Wire. He has extensiveexperience of interim management of businesses in logistics, manufacturing andengineering. Roger McDowell resigns as non-executive director due to business commitments. Andy Evans and Howard Baker also step down from the Board with immediate effectand will leave the business at the end of March 2006. The activities of theLicensing Division will be undertaken within the Industrial Division. The Directors would like to express their thanks to the resigning directors fortheir contribution to the business. The Directors believe that Colin Cooke and Tony Evans will provide the Companywith the added experience to successfully guide the Company through the currentdifficult market conditions, which have been exacerbated by the recent increasein the copper price.
