Aminex PLC02 August 2006 AMINEX PLC ADDITIONAL LISTING Aminex PLC announces that it has today made application to the Irish StockExchange and the UK Listing Authority for the block listing of additional3,000,000 Ordinary Shares of €0.06 each to be admitted to the Official List tothe Irish Stock Exchange and the Official List of the Listing Authority andapplication has been made to the London Stock Exchange for these shares to beadmitted for trading. These shares will be admitted to trading from time totime following the exercise of share options under the Executive Share OptionScheme.
