Afentra plc ('Afentra' or the 'Company'), the upstream oil and gas Company listed on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange, announces that it was notified on 16 November 2023 that Jeffrey MacDonald has purchased a total of 60,000 ordinary shares of £0.10 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at a price of 30.60 pence per share.
As a result, the total shareholding in the Company of Jeffrey MacDonald comprises 60,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.03% of the Company's issued share capital.
