Anglo-Eastern Plantations PLC11 June 2007 ANGLO-EASTERN PLANTATIONS PLC DIVIDEND - DETERMINATION OF STERLING EQUIVALENT At the Annual General Meeting of Anglo-Eastern Plantations Plc held on 1 June2007, shareholders approved the payment of a final and only dividend of 10.8cents in respect of the year ended 31 December 2006. The sterling equivalent of this dividend has been determined at the exchangerate ruling at the date of closure of the register on 8 June 2007. Shareholders who have elected to receive their dividend in Sterling willtherefore receive 5.46 pence per share payable on 9 July 2007.
