Anglo-Eastern PlantationsΒ PLC,Β which owns approximately 132,000 hectares of plantation land,Β primarily inΒ Indonesia,Β is pleased to announce the appointment to theΒ Board ofΒ Mr.Β Nik Din Bin Nik Sulaiman,Β asΒ Non Executive Director,Β with effect fromΒ 1 AprilΒ 2009.
Mr.Β Nik, aged 60, is a Chartered Accountant. He was previously with Sime DerbyΒ GroupΒ where he acted as divisional Finance Director and spearheaded the public listingΒ of its engineering business onΒ BursaΒ Malaysia.
