Anglo-Eastern Plantations PLC31 May 2005 ADMISSION OF SECURITIES TO LISTING ANGLO-EASTERN PLANTATIONS PLC ALLOTMENT OF SHARES PURSUANT TO EXERCISE OF SHARE OPTIONS On 27 May 2005 124,600 ordinary shares of 25p each were allotted with effectfrom 3 June 2005 fully paid to employees who exercised share options granted tothem in accordance with the terms of the Schemes. Application has been made for the 124,600 new ordinary shares to be admitted tothe Official List of the UK Listing Authority and for admission of thesecurities to trading on the London Stock Exchange. It is expected that dealings in the new shares which will rank pari passu withthe existing issued ordinary will commence on 6 June 2005.
