Nominated Adviser Status - Update
Active Energy, the London quoted international biomass based renewable energy and forestry management business, announces that further to its announcement dated 11 December 2018, the Company intends to transition its Nominated Adviser ('Nomad') role from Northland Capital Partners Limited to SP Angel Corporate Finance LLP ('SP Angel').
This process is progressing and SP Angel conducted a site visit to North America this week as part of the take-on process. A further announcement will be made as appropriate.
AEG recognises that, in the unlikely event that the Company fails to appoint SP Angel by 1 February 2019, the Exchange will suspend trading in the Company's AIM Securities.
This announcement contains inside information for the purposes of Article 7 of Regulation (EU) 596/2014.
