Purchase of Own Shares

AdvancedAdvT Limited (AIM: ADVT, "AdvT", the "Group", the "Company"), the international software solutions provider for the business solutions, healthcare compliance, and human capital management sectors, announces that further to the confirmation of its intention to implement a share buyback programme, as set out in its announcement on 4 March 2026, on 27 April 2026 it had purchased a further 90,000 of its ordinary shares of no par value in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 165.00 pence per share. The Ordinary Shares purchased will be held in treasury.

Following this purchase, the cumulative number of Ordinary Shares bought under this programme now totals 2,726,000.

In accordance with Article 5(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 (the Market Abuse Regulation) (which forms part of domestic UK law pursuant to the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018), a detailed breakdown of individual trades is available below:

Total voting rights

Following the purchase, the Company's total issued share capital will consist of 137,125,806 Ordinary Shares each carrying one voting right, of which 2,726,000 Ordinary Shares are held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares carrying voting rights will be 134,399,806. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
