Purchase of Own Shares
AdvancedAdvT Limited (AIM: ADVT, "AdvT", the "Group", the "Company"), the international software solutions provider for the business solutions, healthcare compliance, and human capital management sectors, announces that further to the confirmation of its intention to implement a share buyback programme, as set out in its announcement on 4 March 2026, on 16 March 2026 it had purchased a further 134,000 of its ordinary shares of no par value in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an volume weighted average price of 165.00 pence per share. The Ordinary Shares purchased will be held in treasury.
Following this purchase, the cumulative number of Ordinary Shares bought under this programme now totals 589,000.

Total voting rights
Following the purchase, the Company's total issued share capital will consist of 137,125,806 Ordinary Shares each carrying one voting right, of which 589,000 Ordinary Shares are held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares carrying voting rights will be 136,536,806. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
