AdvancedAdvT Limited (AIM: ADVT, "AdvT", "the Group"), the international software solutions provider for the business solutions, healthcare compliance, and human capital management sectors has been notified that on 23 May 2024 Barbara Firth, Non-Executive Director and Senior Independent Director, purchased 70,000 ordinary shares of no par value ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £1.41 per Ordinary Share.
Following the completion of the transaction, Barbara Firth's total beneficial interest in the Company stands at 70,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.05% of the total issued share capital.
